VacancyFox ("we", "our") is a marketing tool for independent landlords to create property listings, generate marketing content, and manage rental leads. This page explains what account data we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Account data: the email, password, name, and (optionally) mobile phone number you provide when you register. Phone number is used only to send you SMS notifications about new leads on your listings, and only if you opt in.
• Property content: the listing details, address, and photos you upload for your rental properties. Photos are used to build your public listing pages and marketing assets.
• Lead data: the name, email, phone, and message a prospective renter submits through your public listing's contact form.
• Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe (web) or Apple's App Store (iOS in-app purchase). We do not receive or store your card number — only the subscription tier and status Stripe or Apple report back to us.

How we use it

Account and property data is used solely to operate the service: rendering your public listing pages, generating marketing copy, forwarding leads to you, and enforcing your plan's usage limits. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data sharing

We share data only with the vendors that operate the service on our behalf: our hosting provider, Stripe (web billing), Apple (App Store billing), and the transactional email/SMS providers used to deliver lead notifications. None of these vendors may use your data for their own marketing.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and property data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account yourself from Account in the dashboard. Deletion removes the account and its associated database records and attempts to remove that account's stored listing photo and video outputs. Contact sales@quantrolix.com if you need help.
